A rescue dog who received worldwide reputation for her heroics after an earthquake hit Mexico in 2017 has retired after nine years of carrier.

The Mexican Navy canine unit held a ceremony on Monday to honour Golden Labrador Frida.

She has taken part in fifty three rescue operations all the tactic in which via Mexico, Haiti, Guatemala and Ecuador.

The navy has credited Frida with saving 12 folks’s lives and locating bigger than 40 our bodies.

“Her bark frequently gave hope, and in moments of pains and uncertainty she introduced reduction,” acknowledged Deputy Naval Minister Eduardo Redondo.
